At Khudu ya Mowana Guest House, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To accommodate any changes in your plans, we offer the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by the Guest House: In the unlikely event that Khudu ya Mowana Guest House must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay at no extra charge.
- Guest Cancellations:
- Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional offers or discounted rates are non-refundable. Please check your booking terms before completing your reservation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-Show: Guests who do not show up on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
- Early Departure: Guests who leave before their scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
Refund Request Process
- How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be made by contacting our reservations team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Rescheduling
- Guests may reschedule their stay up to 48 hours before the original check-in date, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the new dates fall under a higher rate period.
